Pacific Gift Box started with a small frustration: most corporate gifts had become a logo stamped on something nobody actually wanted. We thought the person opening the box deserved better than that.
So we kept it small on purpose. Every box is packed by hand in our Costa Mesa studio — sourced, assembled, and checked by the same people who answer your email. No warehouse, no drop-shipping, no call center.

Common questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum on a one-time order — one box is a real order, priced per box, with no commitment. The Annual Corporate Gifting Program is the one thing with a floor: it starts at 100 gifts across the year, which is also the quantity that earns the program rate. Custom branding is available on either.
How fast can you deliver across Southern California?
Non-branded boxes: we prep within 72 hours. Orders of 50+ boxes get same-day hand-delivery on the prep-complete day across 6 counties — Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura. Under 50 boxes, or outside that footprint: tracked ground ship, usually 1–5 business days after prep. Branded orders add 7–14 business days for printing. We do not sell a paid rush lane, and we will not promise a box today for an order placed today — every box is assembled after you order. The one same-day service is the free hand-delivery wave: 50 or more boxes inside the Southern California footprint go out on the day packing completes. If your date is tight, tell us when you ask and we will confirm in writing whether it can be met before you commit.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We handle multi-address fulfillment — just send us a spreadsheet with recipient names and addresses and we take care of the rest.
Do you offer custom branding?
Absolutely. We can add your logo to the box, ribbon, tissue paper, and insert cards. Send us your logo file (hi-res PNG or vector) and we'll show you a proof before production.
