Who you're contracting with

Pacific Gift Box Co. is a brand of Strabella LLC, a California limited liability company with principal office in Costa Mesa, CA 92626. When you place an order with Pacific Gift Box Co., your contract is with Strabella LLC. Invoices, receipts, and tax documents will list Strabella LLC as the seller of record.

1. Accepting these terms

By using pacificgiftbox.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, with a full refund if we have already charged you. Payment is required before fulfillment unless we have agreed to net terms in writing.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price quoted at confirmation is what you pay. Sales tax is applied where required by California or the recipient's state.

3. Product substitutions

Artisan goods run in batches. If a specific product is unavailable we may substitute an item of equal or greater value, keeping the aesthetic, category, and quality of the box. For custom branded orders we will get your written approval before substituting.

4. Delivery: 72-hour prep, tracked ground ship, and the 50-box SoCal hand-delivery threshold

Every order is prepped inside 72 hours of order confirmation (orders placed before 2:00pm PT Monday–Thursday; custom-logo-branded orders may add up to 48 hours on the first run for print-file setup). If we miss the 72-hour prep window, we refund shipping.

After prep, orders ship via tracked ground carrier — typically 1–3 business days within SoCal and 2–5 business days CONUS, though transit time is at the carrier's discretion. Batched orders of 50 boxes or more shipping to Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties) are eligible for same-day hand-delivery of the full wave on the day prep completes, in lieu of ground ship. Single orders and orders outside SoCal are not eligible for hand-delivery. See /72-hour-promise for the full SLA.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather, or carrier disruption, though we'll alert you as soon as we know.

5. Damage, defects, and refunds

If a box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@pacificgiftbox.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or the full box at our expense. Because gift boxes are custom and often contain perishables, all other sales are final.

6. Alcohol and regulated items

Wine and spirits are available only where permitted and only to recipients age 21+. We ship alcohol under California Type 82 (wine) and AB 1246 (spirits pilot) authority; some states are excluded. Signature is required on delivery. If alcohol cannot legally ship to your destination we will contact you to substitute a non-alcohol item.

7. Intellectual property and logos

Website content, photography, and packaging design are the property of Strabella LLC. When you send us a logo or brand asset for custom branding you keep all rights in it, and grant us a limited license to print, produce, and reproduce it solely to fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strabella LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an order. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to that venue.
