All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required before order fulfillment unless a net terms agreement has been established in writing.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the price quoted at the time of order confirmation.
Due to seasonal availability and supply considerations, specific products within a gift box may be substituted with items of equal or greater value. We maintain the overall quality, theme, and aesthetic of each box. For custom branded orders, substitutions require client approval prior to fulfillment.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Pacific Gift Box Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, weather events, or carrier disruptions.
Free local delivery applies to qualifying addresses within Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego Counties. Specific delivery zones and cutoff times are confirmed at time of order.
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pacific Gift Box Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Customer-provided logos and branding materials remain the property of the respective clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Gift Box Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
