What if I don't have my recipients' home addresses?
A one-time order needs no software and no login. You send a spreadsheet or an email — or we collect the addresses for you — and we do the data work on our side. It means an order can go out this week instead of after an IT review.
Can recipients swap what is in the box?
No — and that is deliberate. You approve the recipe before packing, and every recipient on the list receives the same box. If someone on your list has a dietary restriction, tell us before you order. Nut-free builds are available, but our studio is not an allergen-free facility. For a severe allergy, ask us first and we will send the ingredient statements.
