Corporate holiday gift boxes are pre-assembled gift boxes that companies send to employees, clients, and business partners during the Thanksgiving-to-Christmas season. Most companies place holiday orders between September and November, once headcounts and client lists are settled. At Pacific Gift Box Co., every box is hand-packed in our Costa Mesa, California studio, and there is no minimum order. Non-branded orders are packed within 72 hours. Custom-branded orders — co-branded packaging, ribbon, inserts — take 7 to 14 business days. The 2026 Holiday Collection is ten fixed-recipe boxes priced $59 to $149 per box with standard tracked ground shipping to the contiguous United States included; the Signature boxes can also be sent in holiday presentation, priced from their starting price with shipping quoted separately. The deadlines below work backward from Thanksgiving (November 26) and Christmas (December 25), 2026.

Ten recipes built for the 2026 season, from a three-item box at $59 to a eight-item box at $149. Each price below is the whole price per box: standard tracked ground shipping to the contiguous United States is already inside it, and there is no separate shipping line to add.
How these prices work
These ten boxes are priced differently from the rest of the site on purpose. The Signature Collection and the gift builder quote a price per box and then quote shipping separately, because quantity and destination move it. The Holiday Collection is costed at a single fixed recipe, so the shipping is already inside the price you see.

Every Holiday Collection price is the full price per box and includes standard tracked ground shipping to one address in the contiguous United States. There is no separate shipping line to add. Custom branding, Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted on top and confirmed before production; there is no paid rush lane.
All ten boxes are built to travel in warm weather: there are no chocolate bars, truffles or coated items in these recipes, and the two cocoa boxes use cocoa powder, which does not melt. If you want moulded chocolate added to a holiday order, ask — we will price it separately and tell you what it needs on a warm route.
Several items in this collection are seasonal productions with limited allocation. Contents are confirmed against live stock when your quote is prepared, and every lot is checked for remaining shelf life before it is packed.

Standard, non-branded boxes are prepared within 72 hours and ship tracked ground. Southern California orders of 50 or more boxes are hand-delivered free on the day packing completes; smaller or out-of-area orders ship tracked ground. Custom branding adds production time, confirmed in your quote.
Nut-free builds are available, but our studio is not an allergen-free facility. For a severe allergy, ask us first and we will send the ingredient statements.

For nationwide ground shipping, order non-branded boxes by Monday, December 14, 2026 — they are packed within 72 hours and ship by the projected December 17 UPS Ground cutoff, arriving by December 24. Custom-branded boxes need 7–14 business days of production, so order by Friday, November 20. Southern California orders of 50 or more boxes are hand-delivered free, which stretches the deadline to Friday, December 18.
The IRS caps the business-gift deduction at $25 per recipient per tax year, regardless of what the gift costs. Incidental costs such as engraving, packaging, and shipping generally do not count toward the $25 limit. Gifts to your own employees are treated differently and may qualify as de minimis fringe benefits instead. The Holiday Collection boxes on this page are priced $59–$149 per box with shipping already inside the number. Orders of 50 or more boxes delivering within Southern California qualify for free same-day hand delivery once packing is complete; smaller or out-of-area orders ship tracked ground and arrive in 1–5 business days.
Yes. Because every box is packed by hand in our Costa Mesa studio rather than pulled from pre-sealed inventory, we can swap items for nut-free, alcohol-free, or other dietary substitutions on a per-order or even per-recipient basis. Note dietary requirements when you place the order; substitutions do not change the 72-hour prep window for non-branded boxes. Nut-free here means no nut-containing items in the box, not an allergen-free facility: we pack by hand on shared surfaces alongside products containing nuts. For a severe or anaphylactic allergy, tell us before ordering and we will send the ingredient and manufacturer allergen statements so you can decide.
Custom-branded boxes take 7–14 business days to produce before they ship, versus 72 hours for non-branded. For Christmas 2026 delivery by ground, order co-branded boxes by Friday, November 20; for Thanksgiving delivery, order by Friday, October 23. Holiday production is scheduled in the order requests arrive, so ordering early also locks your place on the packing calendar.

For client appreciation, Thanksgiving usually wins. A box that arrives the week of November 16–20 lands on a desk by itself; a box that arrives in mid-December competes with every other vendor's gift and often sits in a mailroom while the office empties for the holidays. The framing fits better too — Thanksgiving is literally about gratitude, so “thank you for your business this year” reads as sincere rather than seasonal obligation.
The timing math for 2026: Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26, and offices thin out from Monday, November 23. To arrive by Friday, November 20 via tracked ground from our Costa Mesa studio, order non-branded boxes by Tuesday, November 10. Southern California orders of 50+ boxes can order as late as Tuesday, November 17 for hand delivery.
