Finance & Wealth Management
In a relationship business, the gift is not the point — the fact that someone remembered is. Which is exactly why it gets skipped: remembering, sourcing, packing and mailing is an afternoon of work per client, and nobody in the firm has that afternoon.
Send the list. We curate, hand-pack and ship to each client individually — unbranded, discreet, and on the dates that matter.
Where it fits
The date someone became a client is the one relationship milestone nobody else marks. It is on file, it never moves, and acknowledging it once a year costs less than a single lost account.
A referral is the highest-trust thing a client can do. Thanking it within the week, specifically and privately, is how the second referral gets made.
A retirement, a business sale, a new grandchild, a house. These are the events the plan was built around, and they are the reason the relationship is not a spreadsheet.
The whole book, delivered before the December pile-up, sent to individual home addresses rather than assembled by an associate on a Friday afternoon.
Q4 works to published order-by dates, so nothing is decided in a rush.
Your top relationships and the rest of the book do not need the same box. One list can carry two or three tiers, marked in a column, routed automatically.
The CPAs, attorneys and bankers who send you clients. A discreet, unbranded box after a shared client closes is remembered longer than a lunch.
The broader client appreciation approach applies here too.
The standard
A client who trusts you with their balance sheet is not going to be moved by a logo tumbler. The gift has to read as personal attention, which means the firm name belongs on the card and nowhere else.
Every box is hand-packed in Costa Mesa, so a batch can carry per-recipient variation — a different tier for a top relationship, an alcohol-free build for a client who does not drink, a note written for one person rather than for a segment.
On the card
Firm name, advisor, and the message. Nothing else.
On the box
Nothing that identifies us, advertises the contents, or looks like marketing.
In the batch
Tiered gifts, dietary variants, and individual notes without splitting the order.
After the send
Tracking, surfaced exceptions, and a per-recipient record you can file.
The workflow
You do
You tell us the budget per recipient, the occasion, and whether you want branding.
We do
We curate two or three directions that fit — with what is inside each one written out, so you are comparing gifts rather than guessing.
You do
You send recipient names, addresses, dates and any notes — a spreadsheet or the body of an email, whichever is less work for you.
We do
We read the list, flag anything missing or ambiguous, and come back with a short list of questions rather than a silent failure later.
You do
You approve the selection and the send schedule.
We do
We source the items, hand-assemble every box in Costa Mesa, and quality-check each one before it is sealed.
You do
Nothing. This is the step you are outsourcing.
We do
We ship to individual recipient addresses, or coordinate hand-delivery across Southern California when the order qualifies.
You do
You pay the invoice and read the summary.
We do
We send tracking as boxes go out, surface any address that failed, and close with a plain summary of what shipped, where, and when.
The full walkthrough, including what happens in the first 48 hours, is on how it works.
Where to start
Most firms run two tiers: a considered box for the book and a heavier one for the top relationships. Every tier can be built alcohol-free.
The Signature
From $95
Top-tier closing and appreciation box — the standard for key relationships
The Milestone
From $110
Milestone recognition — retirements, business sales, long tenures
Luxury Box
From $150
The heaviest build we make, for the handful of relationships that warrant it
Lighter tiers start from $42 for a broader book. Full pricing is on the packages page.
Questions
Only where you want them to, and our recommendation is restraint. The default is an unbranded gift with a discreet insert card carrying the firm name, the advisor and the message. A high-net-worth client notices a logo stamped on an object, and reads it as marketing rather than as a gift.
Nothing on the outer packaging identifies us or advertises the contents, there is no marketing insert of ours in the box, and we never contact your recipients. The card in the box is yours. Recipient addresses are used to fulfil your order and for nothing else.
Yes. Add a tier column to the list and each row is routed to the box you assigned it. Firms commonly run two or three tiers across the book, with the top tier reserved for the relationships that justify it.
Alcohol is optional and off by default. Because every box is hand-packed rather than picked from a preset warehouse SKU, alcohol-free, gluten-aware and nut-free variants can be built into the same batch without splitting it into separate orders. Nut-free here means no nut-containing items in the box, not an allergen-free facility: we pack by hand on shared surfaces alongside products containing nuts. For a severe or anaphylactic allergy, tell us before ordering and we will send the ingredient and manufacturer allergen statements so you can decide.
Standard non-branded orders are prepared in 72 hours. Custom branding adds production time, confirmed in your quote before you approve anything.
Southern California orders of 50 boxes or more are hand-delivered by our team at no delivery charge, on the day preparation completes. Smaller orders and anything outside LA, Orange County and San Diego ship tracked ground.
The IRS caps the deduction for business gifts at $25 per recipient per year, with incidental costs such as engraving, packaging and shipping generally treated as outside that cap. Advisory firms also sit under their own regulatory framework — many broker-dealers and RIAs apply a gift-value limit and require gifts to be logged, and some of your clients will have employer rules of their own. We can hold a fixed per-recipient value across a batch and give you a per-recipient record for your files. What is permitted in your case is a question for your compliance officer and your accountant.
No minimum to start. A two-advisor practice sending four boxes a quarter works the same way as a firm sending three hundred at year-end.
That is the point of the program tiers. Quarterly Client Care is the common fit for a wealth practice — four planned cycles a year against a list you refresh before each send. Managed Monthly suits firms where referrals and milestones arrive steadily enough to batch monthly.
This is general information, not tax advice — confirm the treatment of any gifting spend with your accountant.
