For People Ops & HR
A welcome kit that arrives before standup — in a one-hour delivery window, in every state.
Who it's for — Heads of People at Series-B SaaS companies running 50–150 remote hires a year who are tired of 'it'll arrive when it arrives.'
The Day-1 welcome-kit promise
Late kits perform close to a no-kit baseline on day-1 engagement — so a missed date is a missed onboarding moment. We won't let that happen. Lock in the start date, we hit it.
Individual remote-hire kits: tracked ground
One-off welcome kits prep in 72 hours, then ship tracked ground to any US address. Usually 1–3 days inside SoCal, 2–5 days CONUS. Scheduled to land the morning they log in.
50+ onboarding cohorts: SoCal hand-delivery
Quarterly onboarding batches or full new-hire classes in LA / OC / SD unlock same-day hand-delivery on the prep-complete day — across the whole cohort.
Address-less sending for remote hires
Send the link, the recipient enters their own address and size preferences, kit is on the way the hour the prep wraps.
Requires 10 business days' notice for branded kits, 5 business days for non-branded. Address must be collected by kit-build cutoff.

Pain
A welcome kit that lands after Day 1 doesn't just miss the moment — it performs close to a no-kit baseline on day-1 engagement signals. Your new hire is venting in Slack, not posting the unboxing to LinkedIn.
What we do
Lock the start date, we lock the Day-1 arrival. Confirm the hire 3 business days out — we prep in 72 hours, then route each kit to land the morning they log in (tracked ground for individual remote hires, same-day SoCal hand-delivery for 50+ onboarding cohorts). Miss it, the kit is on us — full credit, no ticket queue.
Pain
The Sendoso / Reachdesk / Alyce stack adds platform fees, seat licenses, inventory storage, and shipping. You're paying six figures a year before a single kit ships.
What we do
No platform fee. No seat fee. No inventory fee. Our Gift Program subscription is a flat $199–$499/month — the access and the kits are the same line item. Overflow at member pricing.
Pain
Your IT team ships the laptop via Rippling. Swag ships via somebody else. Snacks ship via a third vendor. Your new hire gets three half-boxes on three different days.
What we do
One box, one delivery window, one tracking number. We coordinate with your HRIS (Rippling, Deel, Gusto) so the address flows from offer-accepted to ship-ready without an ops lead on mailing labels every Friday.
Pain
Finance wants ROI language to protect a $200/kit line item. The recognition benchmark is qualitative; the kit budget fight is quarterly.
What we do
The argument for finance isn't qualitative vibes — it's that Day-1 recognition measurably improves early belonging and reduces voluntary turnover in the first year. We put together a one-page ROI brief you can forward, with sourced industry benchmarks your finance partner can pressure-test.
