Pacific Gift Box Co. is a Costa Mesa corporate gifting company that curates, hand-packs and ships branded gift boxes to business recipients anywhere in the United States. There is no minimum on a one-time order—one box is a real order. The Annual Corporate Gifting Program starts at 100 gifts a year, at $124, $176, $268 per gift depending on tier, with a branded-packaging setup charge of $75 one-time — waived on renewal with the same artwork. Non-branded boxes are packed within 72 hours; branded production adds 7–14 business days.

Before you call
The questions buyers ask first
- Is there a minimum order for enterprise gifting?
- No. A one-time send has no minimum at all — one box is a real order, priced per box, with no commitment and no software to roll out. The only thing with a floor is the Annual Corporate Gifting Program, which starts at 100 gifts across the year and all occasions combined.
- What does an annual program cost per gift?
- Three tiers: Program Essential at $124, Program Signature at $176, Program Reserve at $268 per gift at the 100-gift quantity. Branded packaging adds a setup charge of $75 one-time — waived on renewal with the same artwork.
- How fast can you deliver?
- Every non-branded order is packed within 72 hours of the order being confirmed. Orders of 50 or more delivering to Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties are hand-delivered free on the day packing completes. Reserve the wave by 2pm PT, Monday–Thursday. Outside the hand-delivery footprint, or under 50 boxes, orders ship tracked ground and arrive 1–5 business days after packing. Custom-branded orders — logo on the box, ribbon, or insert card — add 7–14 business days of production before packing begins.
- Do you sell a rush option?
- We do not sell a paid rush lane, and we will not promise a box today for an order placed today — every box is assembled after you order. The one same-day service is the free hand-delivery wave: 50 or more boxes inside the Southern California footprint go out on the day packing completes. If your date is tight, tell us when you ask and we will confirm in writing whether it can be met before you commit.
- Can you ship to each recipient individually?
- Yes, and that is the normal case rather than an upgrade. Send a list of names and addresses and every gift ships separately and tracked to its own address. For an annual program there is also a private gift page where recipients choose their gift and enter their own address, so you never collect them.
- What software do we have to adopt?
- For a one-time or list-based send, none — intake is a spreadsheet or an email, which is the point: no rollout, no IT review, an order can go out this week. An annual program adds two things and only two: the recipient gift page, and a dashboard showing shipped, pending and remaining. There is no CRM or HRIS integration.
