Step two, at 50+ boxes — the wave
Reserve it by 2pm PT, Monday–Thursday. The day packing completes, the run is driven to your dock, lobby or break room; the drive out the 91 or the 60 costs you nothing.
Step two, under 50 boxes — normally tracked ground
Normally arrives 1–5 business days after packing; a list of home addresses goes out as one order, no extra handling charge. On a tight date a small local order can often go the same day, hand-delivered free — ask first and we confirm it in writing.

Logo, ribbon or insert work adds 7–14 business days before step one, from artwork approval.
