Every order starts at 12 boxes — the Holiday Collection, the Signature boxes and the ready-made lines alike, packed by hand the same way at twelve as at five hundred. Custom boxes, built to your brief or carrying your logo on the box, ribbon, insert or a keepsake, start at 100 boxes. The Annual Corporate Gifting Program has a floor of its own — it starts at 50 gifts for the year — because it commits us to buying, customising and storing your inventory in advance. Do you charge a platform or subscription fee?

No. No software fee, no seat licence, no annual contract. You pay for boxes, and for shipping where it is quoted separately. That is the whole invoice.

How does the price move with quantity?

Per-box pricing improves at volume and is quoted with your order. The one published volume rate is the Annual Corporate Gifting Program, which starts at 50 gifts for the year at the regular per-box price and takes 15% off per box from 100 gifts. It is a reservation, not a discount tier: below 50 we quote a straight order rather than an annual commitment.

Can every box go to a different address?

Yes, at no extra handling charge. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses and each box ships separately with its own gift message.

Bulk gifting usually means swag. This is not that.

Most “no minimum bulk gift” results are promotional-products catalogues: imprinted tumblers, branded pens, logo blankets. Useful for a trade show, wrong for a client who closed a deal. Our boxes hold products people already buy — the brands are named on every listing — and your logo goes on the box, the ribbon and the card rather than on the gift itself.

Non-branded boxes are packed within 72 hours. Orders of 50 or more inside our 6-county Southern California footprint are hand-delivered free on the day packing completes; everything else normally ships tracked ground, arriving 1–5 business days after that — though a small local order can often go the same day, hand-delivered free, confirmed in writing first.

Sending the same boxes all year?

The programme starts at 50 gifts for the year, and from 100 gifts every gift is 15% off. You reserve once, we store everything at no additional storage fee, then ship each gift when you send the recipient details. That floor is deliberate: reserving means we buy, customise and hold your inventory ahead of time, which only works as a real commitment on both sides. Sending fewer than 50 a year is not a problem — it is just a straight order, priced as one.
