Non-branded boxes are packed within 72 hours. Orders of 50 or more inside our 6-county Southern California footprint are hand-delivered free on the day packing completes; everything else ships tracked ground, arriving 1–5 business days after that.

We do not sell a paid rush lane, and we will not promise a box today for an order placed today — every box is assembled after you order. The one same-day service is the free hand-delivery wave: 50 or more boxes inside the Southern California footprint go out on the day packing completes. If your date is tight, tell us when you ask and we will confirm in writing whether it can be met before you commit.

50 boxes or more, anywhere in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties — 6 counties in total. Reserve the wave by 2pm PT, Monday–Thursday. Under 50 boxes, or outside this footprint, we ship tracked ground.

Holiday 2026 cut-off dates
Hand-packing caps how many boxes leave in a week, so holiday slots are booked in the order requests arrive. These are the real dates, worked backward from Thanksgiving (November 26) and Christmas (December 25).
