How long it takes, and what it costs to get there.
Non-branded boxes are packed within 72 hours. Orders of 50 or more inside our 6-county Southern California footprint are hand-delivered free on the day packing completes; everything else normally ships tracked ground, arriving 1–5 business days after that — though a small local order can often go the same day, hand-delivered free, confirmed in writing first.

Same-day is often possible for a small order in Southern California — about a dozen boxes, hand-delivered locally at no delivery charge. Tell us the date, and the time if it matters, when you ask, and we confirm in writing what we can do before you commit; we never promise it blind. Orders of 50 or more inside our 6-county footprint are hand-delivered free on the day packing completes. A large order, or a custom-branded one, cannot go out the day it is ordered; it runs on its normal lead time: packing within 72 hours, and branding adds 7–14 business days of production first.
Where we hand-deliver free
50 boxes or more, anywhere in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties — 6 counties in total. Reserve the wave by 2pm PT, Monday–Thursday. Under 50 boxes, or outside this footprint, we normally ship tracked ground.

Holiday 2026 cut-off dates
Hand-packing caps how many boxes leave in a week, so holiday slots are booked in the order requests arrive. These are the real dates, worked backward from Thanksgiving (November 26) and Christmas (December 25).
