Who we are

Pacific Gift Box Co. is a brand operated by Strabella LLC, a California limited liability company with principal office in Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Strabella LLC is the data controller for the website pacificgiftbox.com and for the orders you place through it. When this policy says “we,” we mean Strabella LLC.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to quote, ship, and follow up on a gift order. That includes information you give us directly when you:

• Submit a quote request, contact form, or SMS message
• Chat with our AI gifting specialist (Olivia)
• Place an order or exchange email with our team
• Provide recipient names and addresses for multi-address delivery

Typical fields: your name, company, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the gift details you share. We also log basic technical information your browser sends us (IP address, user agent, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• Fulfill your gift-box order and coordinate delivery
• Respond to questions, confirm details, and send order status
• Send you order updates by email or SMS (you can stop SMS at any time — see §6)
• Improve the website and understand which content is useful (analytics — see §4)
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to help us operate — for example: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (website hosting), Anthropic (the model powering Olivia), our SMS platform (Quo), and the courier or carrier delivering your order. Each is contractually bound to use the information only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, by court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Strabella LLC, our customers, or the public.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and (where enabled) the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure ad performance. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google opt-out add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings.

5. Data security & retention

The website runs on HTTPS. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Order and contact records are kept for the period required by our tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years), then deleted or anonymized. No transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure — we take reasonable steps, and if we detect a breach affecting your data we will notify you consistent with California law.

6. SMS messages & your opt-out rights (TCPA)

If you text us or give us your mobile number on a form, you agree to receive transactional and occasional marketing messages from Pacific Gift Box Co. / Strabella LLC. Message & data rates may apply. Frequency varies — usually fewer than 10 messages a month.

• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of all messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@pacificgiftbox.com.
• We will never sell or share your phone number with third-party marketers.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct or delete that information
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not sell personal information, and we limit sharing to service providers listed in §3
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To make a request, email privacy@pacificgiftbox.com with your name, the email address on your account, and the request. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

8. Children

The site is for B2B buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, note the change on the homepage or email active account holders.
