Why we pack in Costa Mesa.
Every box leaves one studio in Costa Mesa, California. Orange County puts the bench a short drive from the office corridors our buyers work in, so 50+ boxes inside our 6-county footprint go out with our own team the day packing completes, not into a carrier network.
The company exists because marketplace corporate gifting is a box of things nobody asked for, with a sticker that says “Thank You.” We build the opposite: recognisable brands chosen for an occasion, packed by hand, for people you want to stay in touch with.
Pacific Gift Box Co. is a brand of Strabella LLC, a California limited liability company headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Invoicing, billing, and taxation are handled by Strabella LLC.
How we work
01 · What we curate
Three ways to buy a box, priced three ways on purpose.
The Signature Collection is nine boxes with their contents written out, from $65 per box, shipping quoted by quantity and destination. The Holiday Collection is twenty-six seasonal boxes at a firm $59–$179, ground shipping included. The gift builder lets you pick the items from a tier's list; every recipient gets the recipe you approved.
02 · How fast it moves
Packed within 72 hours. Then one of two lanes.
Every non-branded order is packed within 72 hours of confirmation. Orders of 50 or more delivering to Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties are then hand-delivered free on the day packing completes — reserve the wave by 2pm PT, Monday–Thursday. Everything else normally ships tracked ground, arriving 1–5 business days later; a small unbranded order in Southern California can often go the same day, hand-delivered free, and we confirm it in writing before you commit.
Custom branding — a logo on the box, ribbon or insert card — adds 7–14 business days of production before packing, proof first — that part cannot be rushed.
03 · What we will not promise
A nut-free build, yes. An allergen-free box, no.
Nut-free builds are available, but our studio is not an allergen-free facility. For a severe allergy, ask us first and we will send the ingredient statements.
04 · Minimums
Orders start at 12 boxes. One program has its own floor.
A one-time order starts at 12 boxes: a dozen closing gifts and forty onboarding kits go through the same bench. Custom and logo-branded boxes start at 100 boxes.
The annual corporate gifting program keeps a floor of its own: it reserves from 50 gifts a year and sends them one at a time as occasions come up — from 100 gifts, every gift is 15% off.
