How Same-Day Works
Reach out before 11am via the chat on this site or by emailing hello@pacificgiftbox.com. Tell her the recipient, occasion, and delivery address.
Olivia will confirm availability, the rush fee (typically $25–$50), and the exact box. You approve and we start immediately.
We hand-deliver to the address you specify — office lobby, front door, or venue. Most same-day deliveries are complete by 5–6pm.
Closing tomorrow and just remembered you need a gift? Chat with Olivia now and we'll get a Premium Box out today. Most LA and OC same-day orders are confirmed within 2 hours.
Promotion announcement, work anniversary, or surprise milestone? A same-day Starter Box ($49) with a handwritten note lands harder than an email ever could.
Need boxes at a conference venue in Anaheim or a client event in Century City today? We coordinate directly with venue staff for on-site delivery.

A rush fee applies for same-day orders depending on distance and current availability. Chat with Olivia for an exact quote — most same-day orders within LA or OC carry a $25–$50 rush fee.
Our Starter ($49) and Premium ($89) boxes are typically available same-day from our standard inventory. Executive Boxes may require next-day depending on current stock. Custom branded orders cannot be same-day.
Same-day delivery is available across most of LA County and Orange County. San Diego same-day is available with advance notice. Chat with Olivia to confirm your address.
