Program per-gift pricing applies at the reserved annual quantity and includes standard tracked shipping to one contiguous-US address per gift. Sales tax, Alaska, Hawaii, international and oversized shipments, rush service, and unusual delivery requirements are quoted separately. A one-time $75 setup charge covers the print plate for your branded packaging and is confirmed in your proposal. It is not charged again when you renew with the same artwork — the plate is already made. New or changed artwork needs a new plate, so the charge applies again.

A vacuum-insulated tumbler carrying your logo, printed to proof and packed inside every gift. Included in Program Signature at no extra cost; add it to an Essential or Reserve program for $45 per gift.

Dietary and allergens
Nut-free builds are available, but our studio is not an allergen-free facility. For a severe allergy, ask us first and we will send the ingredient statements.

Every gift is hand-packed in our Costa Mesa studio. Your program has one point of contact, and contents, price, branding and delivery are confirmed with you in writing before production begins.

Before you commit to a year.
- What is the minimum for the Annual Corporate Gifting Program?
- 100 gifts a year. That reserved quantity is what earns the 20% program rate, the complimentary storage and the year-round fulfillment. If you need fewer than 100 gifts, bulk corporate gift boxes are the better fit and carry no annual commitment, or recurring corporate gifting is a monthly plan with no annual minimum at all.
- Do all 100 gifts have to ship at once?
- No. You reserve the quantity for the year; the gifts ship individually, whenever you need them. Most programs send a handful at a time — a new hire this week, three closings next month, a holiday batch in December — from the same reserved inventory.
- What happens to gifts we have not used at the end of the year?
- Unused gifts do not vanish at the twelve-month mark. Renew and the remaining balance carries into the new program year. If you do not renew, we ship the balance to you or to the recipients you name, and you keep everything you paid for. We hold shelf-stable food, so we will flag anything approaching its best-by date well before the year ends and swap it rather than ship it late.
- How long does a shipment take once we send you a list?
- Give us 7 days' notice for a standard send. Gifts then ship tracked ground and arrive 1–5 business days later. Reserved inventory is already packed and stored, which is what the notice period buys — we are personalizing and dispatching, not sourcing.
- Do you store our gifts?
- Yes. We prepare your approved program inventory and store it for the active program term at no additional storage charge. Nothing arrives at your office, and nobody on your team has to find space for it.
- Can gifts go to different addresses?
- Yes. Every gift can ship to its own recipient at its own address anywhere in the contiguous United States, with the personalized note inside. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted separately.
- Can recipients choose their own gift?
- Optionally. We build a private gifting page for your company: recipients open a link, choose from the gifts you approved, and enter their own shipping address. It is one of two fulfillment methods, available on every program — you can also simply send us a recipient list, and many programs do.
- Is shipping included?
- Standard individual-address shipping within the contiguous United States is built into the approved per-gift program price. Alaska, Hawaii, international, oversized, expedited, and special-handling shipments are quoted separately.
- Can we add our logo?
- Yes. Boxes, note cards and ribbons can carry your branding, and branded merchandise such as tumblers, mugs and notebooks can be added to any program. Production minimums, lead times and customization costs are confirmed in your proposal, and custom branding adds production time before packing begins.
- Is there a setup fee, and do we pay it again next year?
- A one-time $75 setup charge covers the print plate for your branded packaging and is confirmed in your proposal. It is not charged again when you renew with the same artwork — the plate is already made. New or changed artwork needs a new plate, so the charge applies again.
- Can we change products later?
- Within what is available and what is already prepared, yes — tell us and we will confirm what can change mid-program and what is committed. If an approved item becomes unavailable we contact you before making any meaningful substitution and offer a comparable option.
