These are the per-box prices. Shipping and any custom branding are quoted with your order, because both move with quantity and destination — a wave of 200 boxes to one office and 200 to 200 homes do not cost the same to send.

Every box arrives in our magnetic-closure gift box with a hand-tied satin bow and a personalized note card. If an item runs out, any substitution will be of equal or greater value and confirmed with you before we pack. Dietary swaps are always available — every box is packed by hand.

Sending 100 boxes or more?

Our enterprise program prints your branded boxes and note cards in advance and adds a customized hero product. After that you send a weekly address list and we pack and ship that same week.

What happens to your recipient list

Sending gifts to a team means handing us your colleagues’ home addresses. Here is exactly what we do with them, in plain English — no policy PDF required.

We use it for one thing
Recipient names and addresses are used to label, pack and ship that order. They are never added to a marketing list, never sold, and never shared with anyone outside fulfilment.
It goes to the carrier, and no further
Each address is passed to the shipping carrier to create that shipment's label. That is the only third party that ever receives it.
You choose how it reaches us
A spreadsheet by email is what most clients send and it works. If your company requires a different route, send it however your policy allows and we will work with that.
We keep it while your program runs
For a one-time send we keep the list while the order is in flight and for the returns window after it. For a recurring program we keep the current roster so you only send changes, not the whole list again.
Ask and it is gone
Email hello@pacificgiftbox.com and we delete the list and confirm in writing. You do not need a reason.
