We confirm in writing
You get the date back in writing before you commit — whether it qualifies for the free hand-delivery wave, or what the tracked-ground arrival window is. We would rather say no than miss it.
We hand-deliver it
On the day packing completes, a person from our studio drives them to the address you specify — office lobby, front door or event venue. No courier hand-off, no tracking-number anxiety.

How does same-day delivery work?
Ask Olivia on this site or email hello@pacificgiftbox.com and tell us the date you need. Free same-day hand delivery applies to orders of 50 or more boxes going to an address inside our Southern California footprint — those go out on the day packing completes. For anything smaller, we do not promise a box today for an order placed today, but tell us your date and we will confirm in writing whether it can be met before you commit.
Is there an extra charge for same-day delivery?
No. Same-day hand delivery is free on orders of 50 or more boxes inside our Southern California footprint. We do not run a paid rush lane and there is no rush fee, because a smaller order cannot jump the packing queue — every box is assembled after you order rather than pulled off a shelf.
What boxes are available same-day?
Any box in the catalogue, because they are all packed the same way — the constraint is the packing window, not the box. What cannot be same-day is a custom-branded order: logo work adds 7–14 business days of production before packing even begins.
Which areas do you cover for same-day?
The free hand-delivery wave covers our Southern California footprint. Outside it, or under 50 boxes, orders ship tracked ground and arrive 1–5 business days after packing. Ask us with the address and we will tell you which applies.
